The real privacy Policy regulates an order of processing and use of personal and other data of SIA "NPCRIZ Europe" (further — Operator).

Transferring personal and other data to the Operator by means of the Website, User confirms the agreement to use the specified data on the conditions stated in the real privacy Policy.

If the User does not agree with conditions of the real privacy Policy, he is obliged to stop use of the Website. The unconditional acceptance of the real privacy Policy is the beginning of Website use by the User.

1. TERMS

Using this website and (or) providing personal data, you agree to processing of your personal data. If you do not agree with privacy policy, we ask not to use this website and not to represent the personal data.

2.3.2 e-mail address;

2.3.3 mobile phone number.

2.4. The user is forbidden to specify personal data of the third parties on the Website.

3. ORDER OF PERSONAL AND OTHER DATA PROCESSING

3.1. The operator undertakes to use Personal data according to the directive and internal documents of the Operator.

3.2. Concerning Personal data and other Data of the User their confidentiality remains, except cases when the specified data are public.

3.3. Society destroys or depersonalizes personal data on reaching the processing purposes, in case of need loss of goal processing achievement and (or) in case of User`s account removal. 

3.4. The operator has the right to transfer Personal User`s information without the agreement of the User to the following persons:

3.4.1 to state authorities, including bodies of inquiry and investigation, and local governments by their motivated inquiry;

3.4.2 to partners of the Operator for execution of User`s orders;

3.4.3 in other cases which are directly provided by the current legislation of the EU.

3.6. The operator has the right to transfer Personal data and Data to the third parties who aren't specified in p. 3.5. the real privacy Policy, in the following cases:

3.6.1 the user has expressed the agreement to such actions;

3.6.2 transfer is necessary within use of the Website by the User or rendering Services to the User.

3.7. The operator carries out the automated processing of Personal data and without application of such means.

4. OTHER REGULATIONS

4.1. To the real privacy Policy and relations between the User and the Operator, arising in connection with privacy Policy application, the right of the European Union is subject to application.

4.2. All possible disputes, following from the present Agreement, are subject to permission according to the current legislation in a place of registration of the Operator.

Before appeal to the court the User has to observe an obligatory pre-judicial order and send to the Operator the corresponding claim in writing. The term of the answer to a claim is 30 (thirty) working days.

4.3. If for some reasons one or several regulations of privacy Policy are recognized invalid or not having legal force, it doesn't exert impact on reality or applicability of other regulations of privacy Policy.

4.4. The operator has the right to change privacy Policy at any time (completely or in a part) unilaterally without preliminary coordination with the User. All changes come into force the next day after placement on the Website.

5. RESPONSIBILITY

5.1. In case of non-execution of the real Policy regulations, the Operator is responsible in compliance with the current legislation of EU.

5.2. The operator takes necessary legal, organizational and technical measures when processing personal data for protection of personal data against illegal or random access to them, destruction, change, blocking, copying, granting, distribution of personal data and also from other illegal actions in respect of personal data.
